Rosemary Bread + a layer of sundried tomatoes + a few thin slices of feta + a few thing slices of parmesan. Under the broiler for a couple minutes. Then top it off with some arugula and a few olives, and voila! Wonderful goodness...so good that I ate it before a photo could be procured!
NEWEST PLAN: Move to Greece and become a shepherd, so I can eat this sandwich everyday.
